In contrast to the energy-consuming pyrolytic system (the disintegration of dirt particles by means of combustion) with temperatures of up to 500°C, ökotherm incurred, since the air is cleaned automatically while food is being baked and roasted. The ökotherm® catalytic converter utilises the heat generated during the conversion process for heating up the oven, thus cutting down on the consumption of valuable energy. A further benefit. |
