“The Zen of Kitchen Design” |
Imagine, if you will, an environment free of confusion and distractions, the embodiment of simplified, relaxed living. The very essence of functional minimalism, the kitchen by Küppersbusch is a new approach to the way we think about the kitchen and our personal relationship to it. It’s about creating an environment that allows us to experience new ideas and to rediscover aspects of our lives that have been lost in our daily rush of life.
The Küppersbusch approach to kitchen design begins with the fundamental aspects of space and moves on to the functional necessities of food preparation and storage, as well as the personal needs of the homeowner. Every detail, from the relevance of the largest stewpot to the smallest teaspoon is evaluated and measured as to its effect on the balance and harmony of the whole. Küppersbusch brings a new dimension to cooking with clean defined lines and Zen-like simplicity.
The Küppersbusch design philosophy is very simple; “Employ only those forms and materials which make for simplicity”, turning this belief into reality entails reducing the concept of “kitchen” to its basic and most significant elements; fire, water, storage. These elements have evolved through the ages from both personal and practical applications, and now they must be incorporated to reflect the simplicity of design and the advancement of technology. Innovation has long been a part of the Küppersbusch design philosophy and as we are never completely satisfied with mere quality and function, we constantly push the envelope for new design solutions and product details at every opportunity.
At Küppersbusch, we believe that modern design was born of the ancient understandings and traditions of the artisan in which every detail is thought out according to the rules that govern the whole. We believe that the appliances for the home, be it an oven or induction cooktop, must be practical, durable, multi-functional, and beautiful, and above everything else it must be reflection of the homeowner, not just the home.
To own Küppersbusch is to become a member of a private community that few people are privileged to experience. We have always believed in quality over quantity and in this way we have been able to maintain a level of exclusivity and prestige for over 125 years.
Since our beginning in 1875, Küppersbusch has refined and perfected its production capabilities without turning its back on traditional craftsmanship and attention to detail. At the core of the Küppersbusch design philosophy is “Personalization”.
By combining a wide selection of styles, functions and features, Küppersbusch has brought fashion, function and technology together to create unique kitchen environments that are designed to reflect the lifestyle and personality of the homeowner.
Küppersbusch products are available through Architects, Interior Designers and select Kitchen Specialists.
