It will then compute the finish-time and alert you when your meal is ready. Guests running late? Not a problem, as you can simply adjust your finish-time and the oven will re-calibrate, lower the heat, and finish your meal at the appointed time, without drying out your food.

As with all Küppersbusch ovens, cooking odors are a thing of the past. Our exclusive "okotherm" catalytic convection process breaks down grease, odors and smoke into water vapor and CO2. The patented "okotherm" oven virtually cleans itself, while at the same time creating a healthier, cleaner and odor-free kitchen environment.

The new Küppersbusch Simply Digital® series offers 16 pre-programmed languages, 13 pre-set baking and roasting programs, 10 cooking settings, 6 energy-saving features and 2 memory programs for your favorite recipes. The Stainless Steel oven, in both 24" and 36" widths, can be personalized using 6 different handle options.
